1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending the Gurmat Metaphysical Science Conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the registration.

2. Registration and Payment

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All ticket purchases for the Gurmat Metaphysical Science Conference are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred. This policy is in place to manage event logistics and ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees.

4. Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the date, venue, or agenda of the conference at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a conference cancellation, we will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible. In such cases, we will provide options for ticket holders, which may include attending a rescheduled event or receiving credit for a future event. No refunds will be issued.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

6. Liability

The Gurmat Metaphysical Science Conference and its organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the conference. Attendees are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for travel and personal belongings.

7. Photography and Recording

By attending the Gurmat Metaphysical Science Conference, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon arrival.

The personal information you provide during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing your attendance at the conference and for communicating with you about future events. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the Gurmat Metaphysical Science Conference, including but not limited to presentations, slides, and handouts, is the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any conference materials without the express written permission of the content owner.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
